工作职责:
As the Management Trainee, FSSC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Management Trainee, FSSC will be part of a 2-year program tailored for fresh graduate. The training and rotation will cover,
FSSC Core: 4 accounting towers (PTP/RA/OTC/RTR),
Deep dive into the four core accounting modules: PTP / RA / OTC / RTR, master standardized global finance shared service processes, accounting standards and operational management logic.
ICO: internal control officers for hotel finance operations
Participate in hotel finance internal control mechanism construction, business risk identification, process compliance review and daily operational governance.
Projects: enrollment to execution, process improvements
Involve in full-cycle finance projects from enrollment, requirement analysis to landing execution; participate in process optimization, efficiency upgrading and digital finance improvement initiatives.
Hotel Finance Operations Immersion: Account Payable, Account Receivable, Income Audit, General Cashier, Cost, Credit, Purchasing, General Ledger, Receiving)
Rotational learning across all hotel finance functions and understand the whole picture of hotel financial operation and profit management.
Hotel Operations departments: Front Desk, F&B, Sales, Events
Shadow and learn with front-line business teams including Front Office, F&B, Sales & Events, build cross-business awareness and understand how finance empowers business growth.
The rotation journey is highly customizable based on individual performance, potential, and aspiration – not a fixed one-size-fits-all path. It is not just a rotation
Other than the rotation training, Each phase will include 1 Check-in/Assessment for performance evaluation and feedbacks to track growth, identify strengths and support career development timely.
