To lead the team to achieve the team goals set up by DOM/DOS. Under the general guidance and supervision of the DOS and in keeping with the delegation of authority, oversees day to day efforts of team members of Sales Managers/Sales Executives/Sales Coordinators with specific responsibilities for a particular segment, new accounts, local and international geographic area or key accounts as best served to maximize revenue to the hotel.
