主要职责
Responsible for daily attendance record and cleaning of all kitchen and dishware, as well as safekeeping of related machine and tools.
负责员工日常考勤记录,做好厨房的日常清洁和餐具,饮具的清洗,领用和保管工作。
Assists to finish the monthly breakage record, ensure it correct.
协助经理执行每月破损登记,完成正确的破损记录,完成各种物品的盘点。
Assists to finish the performance evaluation of employee.
协助做好员工的工作的考评。
Assists to arrange training to new employee and supervise their work.
新员工上岗后,安排技术教全面的老员工对其进行工作中的在岗帮助,主管要及时监督指导新员工工作。
Supplies guidance to all employee using machine and tools correctly.
经常教育和督促员工正确使用各种设备和用具,及时做好保养、保修工作
Carries out all secure regulation.
落实各安全制度。
Leads employee to obey related procedure seriously, in order to meet the standard set up by the hotel.
带领员工严格执行有关的各项工作程序,确保餐具的清洁度和银器的光亮度均达标。
Oversees the cleaning, burnish, polishing and maintenance of equipments. Make sure all machines and dishware tidy and clean.
监督机器设备的洗刷、擦亮、抛光、保养工作,确保所有的设备、器皿整洁和摆放有序。
Carries out the direction of Chief Steward, deals with various problems occur in steward.
切实贯彻执行上级的指示,及时处理各种问题。
Checks the quality of all position.
检查各个岗位的收尾工作。
Complete other tasks arranged by manager.
完成经理交给的各项任务。

- 年龄要求:30-40岁
- 语言要求:中国普通话-良好
- 计算机能力:良好
