工作职责:This role provides revenue management guidance to Hotel team during preopening period to pave the way for successful and swift establishment in market, operation in full compliance with IHG standards and achievement of performance and market share targets by utilizing IHG resources and tools.Your day to day- Works closely with sub-regional Director of Revenue Management, commercial NHOP team, and hotel team to develop revenue and pricing strategies and tactics which support revenue maximization, continuous growth in market share, returns to owners, shareholders, and franchisees for new hotels.- Drive the usage of all IHG Revenue Management Service and tools at hotel level.- Participate in the development of the pre-opening revenue & pricing planning of new hotels and to ensure that the plans are well executed.- Liaise with global new hotel opening team, Channel team to assist Hotel in connecting to IHG distribution network in full compliance with IHG guidelines. Grow the system contribution by maximizing the use of all booking channels and proper inventory control.- Develop and make presentations in regard with IHG standards, revenue services and tools to General Managers, owners, and support strategic discussions at opening positioning workshops as appropriate.- Facilitate revenue management recruitment and provide relative on-board trainings to GM and hotel Revenue of new hotels - Support the delivery of global and regional commercial and revenue initiatives.任职资格:What we need from you- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in hotel operations.- Experience in a sizable hotel Revenue Management leadership role - Working experience in both key cities and secondary cities preferred- Track record of developing talents- Knowledge of Intercontinental Hotels Group revenue systems preferred- Experience in guiding hotels on design, implementation and evaluation of all revenue enhancing Sales & Marketing initiatives Work Management:- Establishes goals and objectives and sets performance targets to manage multiple tasks- Deliver presentations with impact- Partnership drivenOther/Attributes:- Creative thinker- Understands people, people focused- Strategic and tactical thinker- Is patient, yet persistent- Demanding but reasonable- Culturally aware and sensitive
