PMS Implementation Specialist(J16334)

工作职责：
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support the implementation and migration of the new hotel property management system. Serving as a critical liaison between technical implementation teams and hotel operations, you will oversee overall progress throughout the system migration and ensure all vendors deliver high－quality training and cutover services to on－site hotel staff.
Your day to day
• PMS Implementation Coordination: Lead the implementation and promotion of the new PMS system rollout for hotels with confirmed cutover dates, ensuring all project milestones are completed as planned.
• Vendor Management: Serve as the main contact for PMS vendors regarding training matters, ensuring that vendors provide comprehensive training programs for hotel employees （Front Office, IT, Finance, etc.）.
• Knowledge Transfer and Document Management: Supervise the development and upload of training materials, ensuring that all training courseware, user manuals, and standard operating procedures are correctly uploaded to the InterContinental Hotels Group‘s training platform.
任职资格：
What we need from you
• College diploma or above; bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Project Management, Business Administration, IT or related field preferred.
Experience
• 3–5 years of project coordination experience in the hospitality industry.
• Hands－on experience with PMS implementation is required; experience with Shiji or Oracle Opera Cloud is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in vendor－led training program management and Learning Management System （LMS） content upload.
• Strong organizational, communication, vendor management and risk identification skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Working knowledge of hotel operations and PMS implementation processes.
