PRINCIPAL
RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Comply
with all Cordis Hotels, Langham Hotels International standards, policies and
procedures.

2. Demonstrate
an awareness and compliance of Health and Safety policies in the workplace.

3. Complete
assigned jobs working systematically from room to room.
有计划先后地完成被分配的客房工作。
4. Ensures
all maintenance is reported to the Housekeeping coordinator.
确保向客房协调员汇报所有的工程维修。
5. Report
all accidents to the floor supervisor and the security officer.
向楼层主管和安保员汇报所有突发事件和意外。
6. Ensure
all pantries and corridors are kept tidy.
确保所有工作间和走廊保持整洁。
7. To
ensure room attendant tool barrel and floor pantry are restocked for the next
day work.
确保服务员工具桶和工作间的备品齐全,从而方便第二天服务员的工作。
8. Obey
temporary arrangement or transfer by superior and department head, implement
other responsibilities assigned by superior.
服从部门领导工作上的临时安排及调动,履行上级分派的其它工作和职责。
9. Be
aware of all hotel facilities and activities and respond appropriately to all
guest inquires.
10. 了解酒店信息设施和活动并合理回答客人的询问。
11. Ensure
that a correct hand over takes place with the housekeeping floor supervisor,
housekeeping coordinator at the end of shift.
下班前确保与楼层主管或客房协调员有正确的工作交接。
12. Promote
by example the principles of Cordis Hotels International.
依照康得思酒店集团原则,以身作则。
13. Actively
promote a work environment which cares for guest and colleagues alike.
关心宾客和关爱同事从而营造积极的工作环境。
14. Take
personal responsibility to the master key assigned and use it under the
guidance provided.
在规定范围内使用万能钥匙并对所分配的万能钥匙承担责任。
15. Inventory
all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the
room prior to guest departure.
每日清点客人迷你吧饮料使用情况,并在客人退房前,准确无误地将所消费项目入账。
16. Maintain
a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items. If par level is low, communicate to Storekeeper
accordingly.
保持迷你吧储备充足,如储备较低,应与库管沟通。
17. During
turn down service, to ensure beds are turned back, with blinds drawn bins
emptied. Replenish used bathroom linen and tidy bathroom according to the set
standard.
在夜床服务中,确保被褥翻开,关闭窗帘,废纸篓清空,并且根据标准补充用过的毛巾,备品和整理卫生间。
18. Handling
of Lost & Found items.
妥善移交处理客人遗失物品.。
19. Communicate
and work with other departments.
与其他部门保持良好的沟通和协作。
20. Provide
special cleaning tasks and general cleaning after Ken-fix program.
提供特殊的清洁任务和整体维修后的大清洁。
21. Control
and proper use of hotel properties such as tools and equipment.
控制和正确使用酒店的清洁工具和设备设施。
22. Response
to guest requests within pre-set time frame.
在服务标准规定的时间之内回应客人的需求。
23. Staff
should be observant about any guest preference that they notice during the room
cleaning process, and offer assistance accordingly when appropriate; thoughtful
handwritten note is encouraged to be left in the room to remind guest of the
gesture offered, things that guest might be interested in, or tips that may
enhance guest stay experience.
员工需在打扫过程中注意观察客人的喜好和习惯,并在合适的情况下提供协助;员工可将体贴的手写卡片留在客房内以提供给客人有帮助的小贴士和提醒,并提升其入住体验。
24. Perform others duties assigned by the management.
履行管理层按安排的其他工作职责。
