岗位职责:
Opportunity Research & Feasibility:
潜在机会研究:
1. Identify, evaluate and prioritize new hotel-development opportunities across target markets.
寻找、评估酒店发展的市场机会,推荐新发展项目;
2. Conduct comprehensive due-diligence and market studies using all available data sources.
通过所有信息来源对项目进行尽职调查和市场分析;
3. Present ranked pipeline to senior management.
划分项目优先等级,向公司高层管理人员汇报;
Track potential hotel projects:
跟踪潜在发展项目:
1. Prepare concise project briefs, and lead or join related hotel visits
准备相应的项目汇报文件,独立负责或者与团队一起参与相应酒店的考察与参观。
2. Compile market data and prepare hotel-specific feasibility and profitability analyses.
整理相应的项目周边的市场分析数据,酒店的可行性及盈利能力分析。
Sign Hotel Management Contracts
签署酒店合作协议:
1. Coordinate internal and external resources to secure Letter Of Intent(LOIs), Technical Services Agreements (TSA) and Hotel-Management Agreements (HMA).
协调各种资源以帮助酒店管理意向书、酒店技术服务协议和酒店管理合同的签署;
2. Participate in and/or support negotiations to achieve signed agreements; circulate executed documents to relevant departments.
参与或协助以上协议的谈判并最终达成合作协议,并将相应的文件通知相关部门。
3. Organize contract-signing ceremonies and related events.
组织协调相应的管理合同的签约活动。
Organize Project Kick-Off Meeting:
组织召开项目启动会议:
1. After TSA or HMA execution, brief corporate departments on project specifics and key terms agreed during negotiations; chair project-launch meetings.
在项目技术服务协议或者管理协议签署后,向集团的相关部门介绍项目的情况以及在洽谈过程中达成的相关事宜。
Communications and other duties:
沟通及其他职责:
1. Industry Relations: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships; strengthen relationships with key industry leaders and partners; deliver regular brand presentations.
业内往来:发展维持并加强与合作伙伴的关系;定期做品牌宣讲。
2. Corporate Collaboration:Maintain strong communication with corporate functions and managed hotels to obtain timely information and provide required support.
公司事宜:与集团相关部门和旗下酒店保持良好的沟通和联系,及时获得相关信息并提供所需的支持。
3. Departmental Duties: Report to Head of Development; assist in setting short-term departmental goals, budgets and business plans.
部门事宜:向公司发展部负责人汇报;协助制定本部门阶段性的管理目标、部门预算及业务计划;
任职资格:
1. 8+ years of corporate business development and/or consulting experience in hotel and/or commercial real estate development industry.
8年以上酒店和/或商业地产开发行业公司业务开发和/或咨询经验;
2. Strong business judgments, strategic thinking, financial analysis, and problem solving.
有较强商业判断力、决策力、财务分析和风险应对能力;
3. Requires bachelor’s degree or above.
本科或以上学历;
4. Demonstrated leadership, results-orientation, execution excellence and track record of success.
出色的领导力、业绩导向、执行能力和成功业绩;
5. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English both oral and written.
具备优秀的中英文口语及书面表达能力;
6. Detailed, efficient oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.
认真负责,注重细节和效率;
7. Ability to manage work-pressure, can work overtime and make frequent business travels as needed.
能承受工作压力,能适应加班及经常出差的要求;
8. Various computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
熟练使用各种计算机技巧,包括微软Excel,Word和PowerPoint;
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
卓越的表达和介绍能力;
10. Excellent interpersonal skills.
善于人际沟通和协调。
