Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in the daily operations of the Front Office, including front desk reception, guest services, telephone answering, and reservation processing.
2. Familiarize yourself with the hotel management system to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of check-in, check-out, and account processing procedures.
3. Provide professional consultation and answers to guests' questions to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Assist in handling guest complaints and emergency incidents to ensure service quality.
5. Participate in the Front Office training programs to learn and master hotel service standards and operating procedures.
6. Cooperate with the department to complete administrative support work such as data statistics and report compilation.
7. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Have a strong interest in the hotel industry and be willing to start a career from the front office position.
- Possess good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to flexibly respond to various guest needs.
- Have strong learning ability and can quickly master hotel system operations and service procedures.
- Be meticulous and patient in work, and have team spirit.
- Be able to adapt to shift work arrangements (including night shifts).
- Candidates with hotel internship experience or relevant service industry experience are preferred; fluent oral Japanese is required.
