Duties:
1. Support the Director of Food & Beverage to improve the performance of the outlets.
2. Analyze market trends and make suggestions.
3. Assist in maintaining a high standard of service.
4. Focus and support the daily operation in the Restaurants.
5. Monitoring and execution of staff training implementation.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in either a luxury restaurant or 5* hotel environment.
2. Innovative, especially regarding promotions and marketing.
3. Has a passion for Food &Beverage and enjoys interacting with people.
4. Excellent knowledge in food and beverage operations, from restaurant standards and procedures through to budgeting, promotional planning and execution, P&L, etc.
5. Always upholds professional values, ethics and integrity.
6. Has high proficiency in both written and spoken English (and mandarin).
