大堂吧主管 Flow Supervisor

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
全面负责大堂吧日常运营管理工作，确保服务流程标准化、规范化执行Take full charge of daily operation and management of the Lobby Lounge, ensure standardized and standardized implementation of all service procedures.督导员工服务礼仪及操作规范，维护五星级酒店服务品质标准Supervise staff’s service etiquette and operational standards, and uphold the service quality standards of a five-star hotel.合理排班并协调人员配置，保障各时段服务人力充足Arrange staff shifts reasonably and coordinate staffing allocation to ensure sufficient manpower for all service periods.负责酒水库存管理，包括申购、验收、存储及成本控制Be responsible for beverage inventory management, including requisition, receiving inspection, storage and cost control.处理宾客投诉及突发事件，及时提供解决方案并做好记录Handle guest complaints and emergencies, offer timely solutions and keep complete relevant records.定期培训员工酒水知识、服务技能及安全卫生标准Organize regular training for staff covering beverage knowledge, service skills as well as safety and hygiene standards.监督清洁消毒工作，确保设施设备完好及食品安全达标Supervise cleaning and disinfection work, guarantee intact facilities & equipment and full compliance with food safety requirements.收集宾客反馈意见，持续优化服务流程与产品结构Collect feedback from guests to continuously optimize service procedures and product portfolio.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
具备酒店餐饮服务相关工作经验Relevant working experience in hotel F&B service.熟悉咖啡、茶饮及酒类产品知识，掌握基本调酒技能Well-versed in coffee, tea and alcohol product knowledge with basic bartending skills.出色的沟通协调能力，能有效管理多文化背景团队Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing a multicultural team.具备较强的服务意识与应变能力，英语基础会话能力Strong service awareness and emergency response capabilities with basic oral English communication skills.身体健康，能适应早晚轮班工作制Good physical health and able to work morning and evening rotating shifts.持有餐饮服务相关资格证书者优先考虑Candidates with relevant catering service qualification certificates are preferred.熟悉 POS 系统操作及基础财务对账流程Familiar with POS system operation and basic financial reconciliation procedures.具备良好的英文沟通能力Good English communication proficiency.
