岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities1、负责为客人提供行李搬运服务,包括迎宾、送行及行李寄存等。
Provide guests with luggage handling services, including greeting, seeing off, and luggage storage.
2、协助客人办理入住及退房手续,引导客人至前台或客房。
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, and guide guests to the front desk or guest rooms.
3、为客人提供酒店设施及周边信息的咨询服务。
Provide guests with consulting services regarding hotel facilities and surrounding area information.
4、确保行李存放区域整洁有序,并做好相关登记与保管工作。
Keep the luggage storage area clean and tidy, and complete relevant registration and custody work properly.
5、协助维持酒店大堂及入口区域的秩序与形象。
Assist in maintaining the order and overall image of the hotel lobby and entrance area.
6、配合前台、礼宾部及其他部门完成相关服务工作。
Cooperate with the front desk, concierge department and other departments to complete relevant service work.
7、及时响应客人的合理需求,提供高效、友好的服务体验。
Respond promptly to guests’ reasonable needs and deliver efficient and friendly service experience.
岗位要求 / Job Requirements
1、具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力,态度热情、耐心细致。
Possess good service awareness and communication skills with an enthusiastic, patient and meticulous working attitude.
2、身体健康,能够胜任长时间站立及搬运工作。
Be in good health and able to work standing for long hours and handle luggage handling work.
3、具备团队合作精神,服从工作安排。
Have team spirit and be able to follow work arrangements.
4、能适应轮班制工作(包括夜班及节假日)。
Able to work on a shift system, including night shifts and holidays.
5、有酒店相关工作经验者优先,无经验者可培训上岗。
Candidates with relevant hotel work experience are preferred; inexperienced candidates are acceptable with on-the-job training provided.
6、普通话流利,掌握基本英语交流能力者优先。
Fluent in Mandarin; basic English communication skills are preferred.
