客房销售经理 Room Sales Manager

岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities1、负责酒店客房及相关产品的销售工作，完成公司制定的销售目标和业绩指标。
Responsible for the sales of hotel rooms and related products, and achieve the sales targets and performance indicators set by the company.
2、开发并维护客户资源，包括旅行社、企业客户、OTA平台等，建立长期稳定的合作关系。
Develop and maintain customer resources, including travel agencies, corporate clients, OTA platforms and other channels, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
3、定期拜访客户，了解市场需求及竞争对手动态，及时调整销售策略。
Conduct regular customer visits, keep abreast of market demands and competitor trends, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.
4、协助制定销售计划及市场推广方案，提升酒店客房入住率和品牌影响力。
Assist in formulating sales plans and marketing promotion programs to improve hotel room occupancy rate and brand influence.
5、处理客户询价、预订及合同签订等事宜，确保销售流程顺畅。
Handle customer inquiries, reservations, contract signing and other related matters to ensure a smooth sales process.
6、协调酒店内部相关部门，确保客户需求得到及时响应和高效服务。
Coordinate with relevant internal departments of the hotel to ensure timely response and efficient service for customer needs.
7、定期提交销售报告及市场分析，为管理层提供决策支持。
Submit regular sales reports and market analysis to provide decision support for the management team.

Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel and PPT.
6、英语能力良好者优先，有酒店销售经验者优先。
Candidates with good English proficiency and hotel sales experience are preferred.
7、形象气质佳，具备良好的职业素养和服务意识。
