岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
全面负责管事部的日常运营管理，确保厨房、餐厅及公共区域的卫生清洁达到酒店五星级标准。Be fully responsible for daily operation and management of the Stewarding Department, and ensure the sanitation of kitchens, restaurants and public areas meets five-star hotel standards.制定并执行清洁、消毒工作计划，合理排班及任务分配，优化人力与物资使用效率。Formulate and implement cleaning and disinfection schedules, arrange shifts and distribute tasks rationally to optimize manpower and supply utilization efficiency.监督餐具、厨具的清洗、消毒与存放流程，严格执行食品安全及卫生防疫规范。Supervise washing, disinfection and storage procedures of tableware and kitchen utensils, and implement food safety and sanitary epidemic prevention standards strictly.管理厨房废弃物、垃圾分类及清运，控制成本并确保环保合规。Manage kitchen waste, waste sorting and waste removal, control operating costs and guarantee environmental compliance.定期巡查设备（洗碗机、粉碎机等）运行状态，协调维修保养，保障正常运转。Regularly inspect the working condition of equipment (dishwashers, garbage disposers, etc.), coordinate maintenance and repair to ensure stable operation.培训、指导、考核下属员工，提升团队操作技能与服务意识。Train, guide and evaluate subordinate employees to improve the team’s operational skills and service awareness.与其他部门（厨房、餐饮、工程等）保持高效沟通，及时处理突发事件及临时任务。Maintain efficient communication with other departments (Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Engineering, etc.) to timely handle emergencies and temporary assignments.
岗位要求 Job Requirements
具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理经验，能有效带领 10-20 人团队完成工作目标。Possess strong organizational and coordination skills as well as team management experience; able to lead a team of 10–20 members to achieve work objectives.熟悉酒店管事部运作流程，掌握清洁剂配比、设备操作及安全使用规范。Familiar with the workflow of hotel stewarding department; master detergent dilution ratios, equipment operation and safety operation standards.工作认真细致，责任心强，能够适应高强度工作及倒班制（含夜班 / 节假日）。Meticulous and highly responsible at work; able to endure high-intensity workload and shift work including night shifts and holiday duties.具备基础电脑操作能力，能使用办公软件完成报表、排班记录等。Basic computer skills; capable of using office software to complete reports, shift records and other documents.学历不限，工作经验不限，有酒店或餐饮清洁管理经验者优先。No academic degree or mandatory working experience required; candidates with hotel or catering cleaning management experience will be given priority.年龄不限，身体健康，无重大疾病，能胜任体力劳动。No age limit; good physical health without severe illnesses, capable of heavy manual labor.
