装饰主管

1．负责全酒店客房、餐厅和公共区域（包括装饰品、家俱、地毯、地砖、大理石、墙纸、道路）和建筑物的维修保养。In charge of the Hotel
room、dining room and public area (include the
decoration、furniture、carpet、wallpaper、road、brick
etc) and the maintenance of the building.
2．负责客房、餐厅、公共区域装修的翻新。In charge of the renewal
of room、dining room、public area.
3．负责制作木器，家俱等新品。In charge of manufactory
the woodwork and furniture.
4．协助部门现场管理外来装饰施工队。To assist the department
the manage the outside building sanction.
5．协助部门做好委外装饰工程项目的咨询（材料、价格、质量、进度等方面）当好参谋。To assist the department
the do consultation (material、price、quality、progress
etc) of the project done by outside building section.
6．制订完善的保养计划。To lie down the maintenance plan.
7．在施工工艺、选料等方面指导培训员工。To train the staffs in
construction process、and select material.
8．加强监督施工的安全和落实防护措施。To strengthen the safety
and protect measure of the construction.
9．加强落实易燃易爆化学物品（如油漆、稀释剂、要料等〕的保管和防范措施。To apply the maintenance
and protection of dangerous chemical products (such as grease、deflocculating
agent etc).
10．协助当值工程师保证大楼保持正常运行。To assist the engineer compiles the
maintenance plan and punching plan of spare part.
11．接受和服从当值工程师分配的工作，并不折不扣地贯彻。To attend the important maintenance items,
and obeys engineer order.
12．对工单的完成和施工质量负责，并及时向当值工程师返回工单处理结果及施工实况。
