Key Responsibilities:
Planning: Assist in developing the annual business plan, marketing strategy, and departmental budget.
Strategy: Analyze market trends and competition; execute multi-channel sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Leadership: Lead, train, and appraise the sales team; allocate sales targets and optimize workflows to ensure goal attainment.
Analysis: Monitor sales data and market dynamics; provide strategic recommendations to management to secure sustained growth.
Coordination: Liaise with F&B, Rooms, and Finance departments to handle key client issues and uphold brand standards.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience with a proven track record in meeting revenue targets.
Skills: Proficient in Delphi, Opera, and MS Office. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
