工作职责:
Contact and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure fast and efficient service.
与相关部联系并协调工作,确保服务的快捷与效率;
Connect department colleagues to complete service and training work for the executive lounge
联结部门同事,完成行政酒廊的服务工作及培训工作等;
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
完成上级交办的其它工作等
任职资格:
More than 2 years of relevant work experience, familiar with service processes and standards.
有2年以上相关工作经验,熟悉服务流程、标准;
Skills: Good English proficiency, adept at communicating with customers, strong coordination and organizational skills, able to effectively solve customer problems.
良好的英语水平,善于与客沟通,有较强的协调组织能力,可合理的为解决客人问题;
good health, dignified appearance, and graceful demeanor.
身体健康,相貌端庄,举止大方等
