《岗位职责》
在餐厅前台主动迎接并招呼客人,确保做到以下几点:
o Ensure the restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that both wait staff and tables
are ready in line with opening standards
确保在客人用餐之前的各项准备工作就绪
o Ensure restaurant operating equipment is clean and in working order
确保餐厅工作台及设备的整齐、清洁
o Maintaining impeccable uniform and personal presentation standards in accordance with hotel
policy
确保制服清洁和个人卫生达到酒店要求的标准
o Welcoming guests to the Restaurant, by using the Restaurant name
礼貌迎接客人,并告诉客人餐厅的名称
o Inquiring if they have a reservation and noting it in the reservation book if they do
询问客人的预定,并记录在预定本上
o Creating a reservation for them with their dining preferences if they do not and noting it in the
reservation book
根据客人的用餐选择,给予预定,如果没有预定,也记录在预定本上
o Being attentive to guest requests
留意客人的各种需求
• Escort guests to their preferred table or reserved table and seat guests according to restaurant standards
根据餐厅标准带客人到适当的餐位或已预定的餐位
• Take telephone bookings and document in the Reservation book according to restaurant standards
根据餐厅标准接听预定电话,并记录在定餐本上
• Train wait staff and bus staff in hostess standards
具有火车和汽车乘务员的服务标准
• Be attentive to guests and resolve their complaints where possible, reporting all incidents to your Supervisor
留意客人,必要时解决他们的各种投诉,并及时汇报主管
• Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of hostess stations
保持迎宾区域的清洁卫生
• Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of all menus and drink menus
确保有酒水单和菜单的清洁
• Assist with beverage service
配合酒水服务
• Assist with food service
配合食品服务
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu, including daily specials
详细的菜单知识,包括每日特荐菜
• Ensure tables are cleared quietly and efficiently
保持餐桌的清洁标准
• Carry food and beverage trays in a safe manner to minimize breakages
安全运送食品和酒水,并将降低破损率
• Complete dockets accurately and clearly
准确清楚完成各种文档
• Maintain current information on all general activities of the hotel
确保知道酒店主要活动的信息
• Obey temporary arrangement or transfer by superior and department head.
服从部门领导工作上的临时安排及调动
【岗位要求】
1、必须有2年以上的餐厅管理经验
2、有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧
3、精通英语和中文
4、至少中专毕业
