Establish and maintain the training evaluation system and produce the training feedback summary on courses on monthly basis
建立并维护培训质量评估系统,并制作每月培训课程反馈意见汇总
Maintain the training database of all employees.
维护员工培训数据库
Monitor and maintain training and development summaries of each department.
密切关注并维护各部门培训计划与发展汇总
Organize and conduct all types of training programs from the Corporate Office or internally developed programmes
根据集团总部或酒店内部发展需要,组织并指导所有相关培训
Develop monthly Training Activity Calendar to employees.
设计安排每月培训日历
Conduct meeting with Departmental Trainers and arrange monthly standards reviews with each departmental trainer to ensure they are in line with agreed standards.
主持每月与各部门培训师的会议,进行每月培训标准回顾以确保各部门的培训质量达到既定标准
Coordinate with internal and to assist in developing the cohesiveness of the Quality and Training team
配合并协助建立优质管理及培训团队的团队精神
external parties to get job assignments accomplished within assigned deadlines.
协调内部和外部部门在即定期限内完成制定工作职责
Qualification 资历
Ideally with a university degree or above.
大学本科及以上学历。
Minimum 1 years work experience as Assistant Training Manager in international larger operation and experience in operation department is preferred.
1年以上大型国际连锁企业培训副经理工作经验,有前线运作经验者优先。
Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
良好的表达能力、管理能力和人际交往能力。
