岗位职责:
一般向部门总监/经理提供秘书事务,包括口述记录、描述、打字、安排会见、接听电话、准备往来信件和备忘录,保存往来信件卷宗和统计数据。
To provide records of secretarial affair for Department Head, including making a dictation, description, type writing, date arrangement, picking up the phone and answering, preparing for the come-and-go letters and memorandum, saving them and accounting the data.
岗位要求:
良好的英文读写能力 Good English Skills
一年以上酒店工作经验1 years experience in hotel.
