1. Age: 35 to 45 years old
2. South East Asia Countries / Hong Kong / Asia Pacific Rim （Australia & New Zealand）
3. Mandarin Speaking is preferred
4. Greater China experience is crucial with good understanding of Chinese F&B operation
5. Minimum10 years of experience with a traceable record in 5 star international hotels
6. Outgoing and positive personality.
7. Adaptable and able to take pressure
8. Self starter, able to take initiatives a must.
9. Strong leadership skill and capability to build and bring associates together as one team
10. Strong capability in inspiring, developing people and delegating successfully tasks to team members
11. Very good communication skills
12. High competence in departmental relationship. Team player.
13. Capable of building and executing successful strategies.
14. Creative in driving revenue and results
15. Creative and able to successfully drive the operations differently
16. Able to plan, execute plans /promotions / projects successfully
17. Quality focused and large FB operation experience important
18. Committed to work with hotel for 2 years.
