This position is responsible for the
planning, execution and delivery of the hotel MICE sales activities. To
manage effectively and direct the overall sales efforts for the hotel locally
and overseas. To coordinate with National Sales Office the goals and actions
desired for the hotel. To review the operating results of the hotel and take appropriate
action to ensure that profit budget objectives are achieved and exceeded.

1.Monitor MICE sales team administration and sales
effectiveness.
监控会展销售团队管理及销售有效性。
2.Make sales calls on major key accounts, locally and
overseas.
使销售拜访集中于当地及海外的主要客户。
3.Interpret marketing policies, procedures and programs to
MICE sales personnel.
为会展销售人员解释营销政策、程序和计划。
4.Coordinate plans for overseas market promotion and MICE client
familiarization trip.
协调国外市场的销售推广计划及安排客户参观考察。
5.Manage 10 rooms & above meeting group and pure room
group from 3rd party contract signing process
管理十间客房及以上会议团队,及十间客房以上第三方纯房团队合同签订程序。
6.Review rate recommendation to ensure competitive position
and maximizing revenue at accomplishment.
审核价格竞争力,确保竞争位置并完成收益最大化。
7.Assist with the preparation of the annual budget for the
marketing office advertising and sales promotion budgets, to monitor expenses
/ budgets comparison on a monthly basis.
协助准备市场营销广告的年度预算和促销预算,每月监控费用及预算。
8.Review the performance evaluation and objectives monthly,
midyear and year end of sales staff positions.
审核所有销售职位的绩效考核、月度目标和年度目标。
9.Assess training needs of sales personnel and establish
appropriate training programs for sales personnel developments.
评估销售人员培训需求,为销售人员建立适当的发展培训项目。
10.Keep informed of market and economic condition and keep
Commercial Director advised.
随时了解市场与经济状态,并通知商务总监。
11.Carry out the goal in the Action Plan.
进行行动计划中的目标。
12.Accompany MICE sales team on sales call to top accounts
and potential target accounts and lead the team in achieving the goals. .
与会展销售团队一起拜访主要客户和潜在目标客户,并带领团队达成目标。
13.Make recommendation on marketing programs/ campaigns that
will impact the market place.
推荐会影响市场位置的市场营销计划及活动。
14.Look after the orientation program and on the job training
of all sales team members.
关注销售团队成员的员工入职培训和岗位培训。
15.Handle selected key volume accounts personally.
处理特定的个人关键帐户。
16.Prepare monthly end report of activities and results and
submit to Commercial Director.
准备每月目标活动报告,并向商务总监报告。
17. Look at emerging markets and trends and see how the hotel
can maximize revenue and put a strategy to this new trend.
