Stewarding Supervisor 管事部主管

工作职责：
Responsible for supervising the stewards in the performance of their job, in the shift he/she is assigned.
负责在工作中指导管理管事部员工的工作执行力。
Assists the Chief Steward in controlling on a daily basis the following:
协助管事部副经理/经理控制以下：
Level of sanitation standard in kitchen areas, equipment, utensils and equipment.
厨房的卫生标准 如 厨房设备，厨房用具。
Breakage and Loss of equipment.
破损和丢失。
Responsible for providing sufficient equipment which are in accordance to sanitation standards and in good condition, to the outlets and kitchen sections.
负责为餐厅和厨房提供符合卫生标准和良好状态的设备。
Responsible for ensuring sufficient cleaning supplies and equipment to operate the stewarding section, during a shift.
当班期间，负责确保管事部有足够的清洁用品和设备。
Responsible for the results in the implementation of the cleaning schedule.
负责按照清洁时间表执行。
Takes the daily inventory and requisition of cleaning supplies.
预备每天清洁用品的申请和盘点。
Reports accidents, incidents, breakage and loss to the Chief Steward at the end of each shift.
每个班次结束前向管事部经理报告意外事故，破损和丢失。
Records in the logbook, daily cleaning assignment and results.
将每天的清洁任务和结果记录到交接本上。
Knows the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks required of the stewarding section.
了解，知道管事部每天，每周，每月的清洁任务需求。
Checks the set－up and clearing of buffet set up for the outlets and banquet functions.
检查其他餐厅或宴会厅自助餐炉的摆台和清洁 。
Inspection all areas of the kitchen, canteen, store rooms etc. for sanitation and working condition, at the start and end of the shift.
上班前和下班后 检查所有区域包括厨房，餐厅，库房等等 工作环境和卫生。
Supervises and checks results of cleaning tasks scheduled during the shift.
主管在当班时检查清洁任务的结果。
Capable of operating all the cleaning equipment in stewarding.
有能力操作管事部所有的清洁设备。
Checks the security of operating equipment storeroom daily.
每天检查操作设备库房的安全。
Coordinates with shift engineers for repair and maintenance of equipment
协助当值工程师检修和维护设备。
任职资格：
At least 1 year relevant working experience in an international hotel.
在国际酒店有至少1年的相关工作经验。
Serious and practical to work, correct work attitude, can bear hardships and stand hard work.
对工作认真踏实，工作态度端正，能吃苦耐劳。
Have good health and good appearance.
身体健康，仪表端正。
