前厅部秘书岗位职责:
1.Maintain a high level of customer service awareness throughout the entire work process.

4.Have strong adaptability, reflect changes in requirements quickly and positively, including any changes in work requirements

具有极强的团队精神,通过合作及对同事工作的支持达到团队的目标。
5.Assist the supervisor in archiving daily function lists and department meetings.
协助主管做日常功能表和部门例会内容的存档。
