工作职责：
Plan and implement project scope, manage operation and maintenance, coordinate with engineering director to ensure effective operation of engineering department;

任职资格：
College degree or above.
大专以上学历。
Junior College graduate.
应至少具有十年酒店的工作经验或其他有关的工程领域；
Should have at least 10 years of working experience in hotel or other related engineering field;
应至少具有三年以上五星级酒店总工程师职位或五年以上副总工程师职位工作经历；
At least three years of chief engineer or five years of deputy chief engineer working experience in a five－star hotel;
具备有关水处理、机械、制冷机、通风、空调、弱电、音响、电视、灯光、电梯、锅炉、泵等方面的知识；
Knowledge of water treatment, machinery, chillers, ventilation, air conditioning, weak current, sound, television, lighting, elevators, boilers, pumps, etc.
能够对酒店的设施设备进行维保，包括空调、通风、冷库、电力安装、灯光系统、泵、锅炉、洗衣房、厨房、电梯、消防、扶梯、音响系统、电视系统等；
Able to maintain hotel facilities, including air conditioning, ventilation, cold storage, electrical installation, lighting system, pump, boiler, laundry, kitchen, elevator, fire, escalator, sound system, TV system, etc.;
