工作时间: 班次7:00-16:00或15:30-24:00,每周双休
1. To be responsible for directing and supervising his subordinates to provide the best service towards guests and ensures the smooth and efficient operation works in Front Desk.
负责管理监督下属,为客人提供优质服务并确保前台工作有序进行。
2. To administer all daily operational matters relating to Front Desk.
管理所有与前台相关的日常工作事宜。
3. To assist the AM in promoting and maintaining good public relations in order to keep the prestigious image of the hotel.
协助大堂副理,提升并维持良好的公共关系以保持酒店的良好形象。
4. To conduct and implement training for new and current staff.
进行新老员工的培训。
5. To make appropriate room assignment for arriving guests, group, crew and guests with special requests.
为即将到店的客人,团队,旅行社及有特别需要的客人合理安排好房间。
6. To ensure all forms and stationery are sufficiently stocked at all times.
确保前台文具备品储备充足。
7. To ensure charges on guest folio are correctly presented to guests.
确保客人的找零当面点清。
8. To ensure FD operation is in accordance to the policy and procedure as set forth by management.
确保前台的操作与酒店管理层要求的操作流程相一致。
9. To recommend to superior on areas for improvement of FD and provide solutions continuously and consistently.
向上级建议前台需要改进之处并持续不断地提供解决方案。
10. To perform tasks as assigned by AM or superior.
完成大堂副理或上级安排的任务。
11. To perform task assignment to Reception staff day to day operation.
完成每日前台的常规任务操作。
12. To approve for the room assignment and selection of upgrade.
选择并批准房间的安排和升级。
13. To review with Reception staff task completion on every shift end.
在每个班次的交接班前回顾并确保当班次任务的完成。
