We are looking for an Assistant Manager of All Day Dining Restaurant.
As an Assistant Manager, we rely on you to:

1.Support the outlet manager in daily operation.

2.Optimize profitability of restaurant and drive revenue.

3.Maximize and maintain the restaurant's performance.

4.Create an exceptional experience for our guests.
为客人创造独特的用餐体验；
5.Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlet.
提供餐厅出现问题的解决方案；
6.Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate.
在适当的时候培训和指导员工。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质：
1.Has a passion for Food & Beverage, enjoys interacting with people.
对餐饮工作富有热情, 愿意与客人交流并建立和维护良好的宾客关系。
2.Communicates and writes with fluency in English and local language so as to host global guests.
良好的中英文口语及书写能力，为全球客人提供良好的服务。
3.Has experience working in 5* international hotel environment.
具备五星级国际酒店或餐厅工作经历。
4.Preferably has experience of hotel pre-opening.
具备酒店筹备经验优先。
5.Be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy.
友好、乐于助人和值得信赖。
6.Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving.
善于计划、组织和解决问题。
7.A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues.
