协助协助制定酒店年度培训规划和月度培训计划。
Assist in making annnual and monthly training plan.
负责酒店年度、月度培训计划实施的组织、协调工作。
Responsible for organizing and coordinating the implementation of the hotel's annual and monthly training plans.
按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。
Feedback hotel training implementation results to superior leaders on schedule.
与相关部门及人员进行沟通,取得培训工作所需的协助。
Communicate with relevant departments and staff to obtain necessary assistance for the work.
审核各种培训教材;负责员工考核工作。
Review various training materials; Responsible for staff assessment.
深入部门,了解部门的培训需要,提出可行性教学建议。
In-depth understanding of department needs and put forward feasible teaching suggestions.
协助经理聘请各项目培训人员,做好各种培训班的组织工作。
Assist the manager to hire project trainers and organize various training courses.
