Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· Assists the Manager in every aspect of manning and organization of the entire bar operations to the standards established by the Hotel.
协助经理做好整个吧台运营操作的人员配备,组织的方方面面,达到酒店制定的标准。
· Enforces safety regulations and sanitation standards secures all storage areas for beverages.
为保证酒水储存区的安全,需严格执行安全法规和卫生标准。
· Controls the requisition of beverages and all supplies to maintain par stock for smooth operation.
为确保正常运作,控制好酒水的申请和领用,同时确保正常的库存。
· Possesses working knowledge of beverages and cocktails.
掌握酒水知识。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· Good oral and written communication skills
良好的口头及书面沟通能力
· Experienced in all aspects of beverage
丰富的酒水经验
· Minimum 1 - 2 years Hotel experience with at least 1 year in a International operation environment
至少1-2年酒店工作经验,至少一年国际品牌酒店工作经验
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-良好
- 计算机能力:良好
