Job Responsibility:
1. Guest Reception: Greet guests, escortthem to their tables, and provide menus.
2. Order Assistance: Help guests understandthe menu, answer questions about food and beverages, and take and recordguests' orders.
3. Table Setting: Ensure tables are cleanand tidy, set cutlery, and prepare necessary condiments and seasonings.
4. Food and Beverage Service: Serve dishesaccording to service standards, ensuring that guests' beverages and other needsare promptly refilled.
5. Cleanup: Clear tables after guests havefinished dining, organize cutlery, and prepare for the next guests.
6. Customer Service: Handle guest inquiriesand complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Team Collaboration: Work with thekitchen staff and other service personnel to ensure a smooth service process.
8. Learning: Gain understanding of variousaspects of F&B through hands-on work, receive training, and improvepersonal skills.
9. Compliance: Follow the restaurant'soperational procedures, regulations, and hygiene standards.
Requirement:
1. Educational Background: Currentstudents, usually majoring in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, CulinaryArts, or related fields.
2. Basic Skills: Possession of certainknowledge in F&B service, understanding of basic F&B service proceduresand standards.
3. Communication Skills: Good communicationand customer service skills to interact effectively with guests.
4. Teamwork: Ability to work effectivelywith team members in a fast-paced environment.
5. Learning Attitude: An active andproactive attitude towards learning, willing to be trained in new knowledge andskills.
