1.In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
当经理不在场时，负责人才的监督和管理指导，确保部门的正常运行。
2. Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
全力解决客人的投诉，并负责将所有投诉进行记录和跟进解决。
3. Deal with irregular payments.
处理非日常的付款。
4.Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
监管和维护服务设备。
5.Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
监督客人设施和服务标准。
6. Control stock and monitor security procedures.
控制库存和进行安全监督。
7.Assist with menu and wine list creation.
协助开发新菜单和酒水单。
8.Supervise outlet service.
