Your day to day 日常职责
1.Under the guidance of the department head, complete the planning and coordination of banquets.
在部门领导的指导下,完成宴会的计划和协调工作。
2.Liaise closely with organizers to ensure guests' needs are met. Collaborate and communicate with event organizers to plan and coordinate their event requirements, providing professional advice and convenience for their plans.
负责与组织者密切沟通,以确保满足客人的需求。与活动组织者合作沟通,计划和协调其活动要求,为他们的计划提供专业建议和便利。
3.Issue external banquet event orders to organizers for each event to confirm all final details and billing arrangements.
为每次活动向组织者发出外部宴会活动订单,以确认所有最终活动细节和计费安排。
4.Proactively share customer feedback or comments regarding operations and services with the event management team and the hotel’s senior management.
积极与活动管理团队以及酒店的高级管理人员分享客户对运营和服务的反馈或意见。
5.Maintain effective communication and a cohesive working relationship with the Sales & Marketing team, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments of the hotel. Work closely with internal hotel teams to ensure the smooth execution of events.
与市场销售部团队、餐饮和酒店的其他运营部门保持有效的沟通和凝聚力的工作关系。与酒店内部密切沟通,以确保活动的顺利进行。
What we need from you 我们需要你具备
1.College diploma or above, proficient in English, with over 2 years of experience in a five-star hotel, familiar with F&B, housekeeping, front office operations, and related hospitality knowledge.
大专以上文化程度,熟练掌握和运用英语,在五星级以上酒店工作2年以上,熟悉餐饮、客房、前厅等业务知识。
2.Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, warm, friendly, and polite; outgoing, alert, adaptable, and hardworking.
善于与人交际,有亲和力,待人热情、友善,有礼貌,性格外向、机警灵活、工作勤奋。
3.Familiar with the operational procedures of various hotel departments, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
熟悉酒店各个部门的运作程序,沟通协调能力强。
