职位描述 Job description
1.Up-keep cleanliness of all Public Area, restaurant outlets, offices, back areas to hotel standard.
保持公共区域,餐厅,办公室,后勤区域卫生干净清洁,达到酒店标准。
2.Ensure staff under his / her jurisdiction perform their duties and responsibilities according to approved systems and procedures.
确保员工在主管的指导下,按酒店的标准去完成工作。
3.Prepare hand-over reports and all other housekeeping prescribed books before going off duty to ensure continuity of efficient Public Area Housekeeping services.
为确保PA有持续高质量的服务,下班前必须写好工作交接。
4.Prepare weekly requisition of guest and cleaning supplies.
准备每周必备的客用品及清洁用品
5.Ensure that there is no over stock of any items in the storeroom.Ensure that they are safeguarded against wastage, shortage or loss.
防止过量的库存,并确保备品得到安全保管以免浪费、短缺或丢失。
6.Ensure day to day operational efficiency of the section.
确保公共区域的工作得到有效地完成。
7.Delegate tasks to public area cleaners. Prepare work schedules and assignments of public area staff under his / her responsibility.
安排PA员工工作,准备工作计划明确员工职责。
8.Conduct daily inspection of areas of responsibility.
负责公共区域的日常检查。
9.Check pantry and storeroom before signing requisition form and ensure all cleaning chemicals / supplies are up to standard par level.
确保仓库和工作间里用品的正常库存量
10.Control consumption of cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
控制清洁用品的消耗,以及设备的保养。
11.Strictly control the use cleaning agents / solutions by proper dilution and follow correct cleaning procedures.
严格控制清洁剂的种类,浓度比例,并依照清洁程序执行。
12.Check completed tasks and ensure they confirm Hotel standards.
检查并确保外包公司能按酒店标准完成工作。
任职要求 Qualification
1.1 years related experience or an equivalent combination ofeducation and work-related experience.
一年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
2.Knowledge of hotel; good interpersonal and communication skills, speak fluent Mandarin and basic English
具备酒店服务知识,良好的人际交际和沟通技巧,普通话流利,懂基础英语。
