1.协助酒吧营运中顺畅和高效的服务,依照酒店标准确保餐厅成功运作并独立盈利。
Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the Bar Operation ensuring that the outlet operates successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
2.确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensure that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
3.礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4.根据要求准备及服务鸡尾酒。
Prepares and serves Cocktail as requested.
5.在特别推广或活动期间,根据活动主题协助餐厅的摆台和装饰。
Assists in setting up/ decorating the Outlet according to the theme during special promotions or occasions.
6.需要时参加培训课程和会议。
Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
7.执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.高中及以上学历,酒店管理相关专业。
High School graduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent.
2.一年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
3.机智灵敏,人际交流与沟通技能出色。
Tactful with good interpersonal & communication skills.
