1.充分了解市场对餐厅各部门的需求和期望,确保各餐厅管理团队对于相应产品线(菜单)的开发。
1.To fully understand the market
needs and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) are
developed by the outlet management team accordingly.
2.维护并跟踪质量目标,关注细节,跟进报告和客人的评论、媒体报道、神秘者。
2.Maintains quality goals by
following up, eye for detail, following reports and guest comments, Medium
reports, mystery shoppers.
3.根据预测、宴会预订、团体餐的安排及重要宾客的人数来安排工作。
3.Implement working schedule
based on forecast, banquet reservation, group and VIP arrivals.
4.招聘、管理、培训和发展餐厅团队成员。
4.To ensure that all Departmental
Operations Manual are prepared and updated.
5.提前意识到缺少服务标准的对客服务并及时制定发展计划,跟踪和执行改变。
5.Recognize in advance the lack of service standards for customer service and develop a timely development plan to track and implement changes.
6.参与菜单、酒水单的制定及定价。
6.Assist to make menu and
beverage menu’s price policy.
7.在中餐厅有活动或者大型宴会时候准备分析报告。
7. Prepare analysis reports for events or large banquets in the Chinese restaurant.
8.每餐前的员工会议,运营时候处理所有的客人建议并且记录在部门日志上面。
8.Conduct staff meetings before each meal, handle all guest suggestions during operations and record them in the department log.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
1.Good oral and written communication skills.
2.至少5年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
2.Min 5-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
3.餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验。
3.Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.
4.全日制大专(含)以上学历。
4.Associate degree or above.
