1.负责食材准备,根据酒店标准执行食材加工烹饪。
1.Responsible for the preparation of ingredients and execute the processing of ingredients for cooking according to the hotel standards.
2.将制作好的菜品送到餐厅,并根据消耗情况及时补给。
2.Deliver the prepared dishes to the restaurant and replenish them in time according to the consumption.
3.及时有序高效地完成上级安排的工作。
3.Complete the work arranged by superior in a timely and orderly and efficient manner.
4.与同事保持良好的合作与沟通关系,确保所有信息传达一致。
4.Maintain good co-operation and communication relationship with colleagues to ensure that all information is conveyed consistently.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.高中及以上学历,或正规烘焙学校学习经历。
1.High school degree or above, or formal baking school learning experience.
2.至少1到2年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验。
2.At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in international hotels.
3.具备一定的沟通技巧,和客人友好沟通交流,介绍酒店菜品等。
3.Possess certain communication skills to communicate with guests and introduce hotel dishes.
