Job Description:
1.中餐粤菜背景,了解湖北餐饮市场,同岗位2年以上工作经验,国际品牌酒店背景。
1.Background in Chinese and Cantonese cuisine, understanding of Hubei catering market, more than 2 years working experience in the same position, background in international brand hotels.
2.预计、制定和监控每日市场采购单。关注食品成本控制。
2.Anticipate, develop and monitor daily market purchase orders. Pay attention to food cost control.
3.充分理解并严格遵守酒店的规章制度,例如消防,卫生检疫以及健康安全等。
3.To fully understand and strictly comply with the hotel's rules and regulations, such as fire safety, sanitation and quarantine, and health and safety.
4.监督所有供应食品的质量与数量。
4.Monitor the quality and quantity of all food served.
5.经常检查厨房设备,做好维护工作。
5.Check the kitchen equipment frequently and maintain it properly.
6.与本各部门建立良好的联系。
6.Establish good contact with all departments of this department.
7.确保员工执行正确的卫生程序,检查和控制所有相关政策,协助厨房卫生按国家规定的执行情况。
7.Ensure that staff carry out correct hygiene procedures, checking and controlling all relevant policies and assisting in the implementation of kitchen hygiene in accordance with state regulations.
8.参与菜单计划,推荐新菜,并联系组织所有相关厨房和餐厅执行新菜的推出。
8.Participate in menu planning, recommending new dishes and contacting and organizing all relevant kitchens and restaurants to execute the launch of new dishes.
9.负责做好所有促销和活动的纪录,书写和计算菜谱包括菜肴的照片。
9.Responsible for keeping records of all promotions and events, writing and calculating recipes including photos of dishes.

1.有国际联号酒店、高档中餐背景经验,对湖北市场了解。
1.Experience in International Union Hotel, upscale Chinese food background, and understanding of Hubei market.
2.具备强有力的领导和团队建设能力,建立良好的团队精神,协同工作,为了共同的目标努力。
2.Possess strong leadership and team building skills, establish a good team spirit, work collaboratively, in order to work towards a common goal.
3.以身作则,积极解决各种问题起到良好的示范效果。与客人和员工保持清晰明了的沟通。
3.Lead by example, actively solve all kinds of problems to play a good demonstration effect. Maintain clear and unambiguous communication with guests and staff.
4.为各项运营流程的发展献计献策。
4.Provide suggestions for the development of various operational processes.
5.向客人以及供应商推荐酒店的服务性以及便捷性。
5.Recommend the serviceability and convenience of the hotel to guests and suppliers.
6.确保所有厨房设备以及用具的正常运行。
6.Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are in proper working order.
7.确保所有的厨房出品。
