Job Description:
1.查看交班记录,了解上一班的移交事项,并负责处理。
1.Check the handover record, understand the handover of the previous shift, and be responsible for handling it.
2.熟悉预订资料,了解客情,尤其要记住即将来电的贵宾、常客的姓名,了解酒店的所有活动。
2. Be familiar with the reservation information, understand the guest situation, especially remember the names of the VIPs and frequent customers who are about to call, and understand all the activities of the hotel.
3.熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策,向来店宾客推销客房,努力争取最好的经济效益。
3. Be familiar with the hotel's policies on room sales, sell rooms to guests, and strive for the best economic benefits.
4.预知客人需求,收集客人喜好,并确保这些需求和喜好在客人入住期间会被一直满足。
4.Anticipate guests' needs, collects guests preferences, and ensure the
needs and preferences will be met during current stay and future stays.
5.熟练掌握店内信息,提供准确的问讯服务。

6.负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续。

7.保证将任何来自客人或其它部门的反馈及时并准确地汇报给前台主管及值班经理。

岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.大专及以上文化程度,优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
1. College degree or above, excellent Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
2.性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实,具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。
2. Cheerful personality, flexible mind, practical work, strong sense of service, sales awareness and sense of responsibility.
3.在国际酒店内从事至少一年类似岗位的经验。
3. At least one year of experience in a similar position in an international hotel.
