.Main Functions工作职责
OPERATIONS 运营
Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott \ Renaissance S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s, comply the “Clean As You Go” policy.
确保了解并执行万豪的SOP和酒店的LSOP原则。
1. Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated, maintain a smooth daily operation in the restaurant.
确保运营标准的周期性回顾与更新。
2. Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始终确保部门的安全和卫生标准。
3. Enforce Marriott’s 49-point sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
执行万豪的49条卫生标准，每月对部门进行检查。
4. Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
负责本部门的所有固定资产和流动资产。
5. Assist the follow-up after the maintenance inspection on a weekly basis.
做好每月预防性的维修检查。
6. Enforce Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times.
始终贯彻万豪热情好客的原则。
7. Report to work in uniform with appearance standard by the scheduled time. Off with superior’s permission.
8. Attend the 15-minute Briefing and Taste Panel to understand the direction of the department \ hotel and better up-selling technique.
HUMAN RESOURCES人力资源\ ADMINISTRATIVE 行政
1. Attend the training provided by department or HRD.
2. Assist in planning outside associates activity to promote teamwork.
协助计划员工社外集体活动以促进团对精神。
3. Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
通过坦率的交流与合作促进部门内部的关系。
4. Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
在不涉及生命安全和违反法律的情况下，完成管理层布置的其他工作任务。
5. Assist the completion of yearly Associate Opinion Survey and Annual Appraisal in a timely manner.
Safety Awareness 安全提示：
Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Proceed with caution when walking on slippery floors.
Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
要保障安全须严格遵守安全法规，与异常情况须及时上报。建立、支持所有的安全方案。行走在湿滑地面上要留意。在操作设备之前，确保已了解了安全说明
Any other duties as may be assigned from supervisor.
