1. To ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.
确保了解和执行万豪和酒店的标准和程序。
2. Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
确保运营标准周期性的回顾和更新。
3. Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始终保持部门的安全和卫生随时达到标准。
4. Enforce Marriott’s 39-point sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
执行万豪的39项卫生清洁标准,每月以该标准对部门进行检查。
5. Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
做好每月预防性的检查工作。
6. Enforce Marriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times.
始终贯彻万豪热情好客的原则。

1. Implement a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program.
完成部门每天十五分钟的培训计划。
Safety Awareness 安全提示:
Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Proceed with caution when walking on slippery floors.
Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
要保障安全须严格遵守安全法规,与异常情况须及时上报。建立、支持所有的安全方案。行走在湿滑地面上要留意。在操作设备之前,确保已了解了安全说明
