Handle customer inquiries pertaining to room reservation in
accordance with the hotel’s service objectives and procedures so that occupancy
is optimized.Handle inquires and bookings from all channels in accordance with
the department’s routine.Achieve Forbes Standards in the reservation service and achieve
targeted goals in mystery shopping calls.Review and deals with the daily transient and group reservations;
processes cancellations /amendments for reservations.Investigate and handles no show reservations.Handle and follows up allotments, waiting lists and customer
deposits.Record special billing arrangements for reservations and liaise with
Credit Manager for all reservations requiring credit approval.
