1.Sales Management.销售管理:
- Implement all sales action plans relate to his/her zoning areas as outlined.拟定相关销售计划。
- Plan sales call activities under the direct approval of DOS to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.拟定销售总监审核的主要市场电话销售计划,致电潜在客户并有针对性的进行销售。
- Provide information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct mail. Arrange an accompany clients on fam/site inspection tour.以直接邮件的方式提供市场变动的相关信息,包括竞争对手的趋势等。安排和陪同客户进行酒店的免费参观住宿等行程。
2.Sales Targets: To achieve sales objective and goal to generate maximum high yield in accordance with the specific sales action plan.销售目标:达到销售目标并保证与销售计划保持一致的高产量。
3.Sales Coverage: Corporate Segment, Government and Embassy.销售范围:公司合作,政府接待和大使馆。
- Cover market segments as directed and assigned by DOS.覆盖销售总监直接划分的市场。
4.Sales Promotion.销售促销:
- Promote and distribute promotions to targeted accounts.促销给予目标客户的相关促销计划。
5.Travel Agents/Airlines.旅行社/航空公司:
- Ensure good relationship for sales activities, promotions, FAM trips.与团队活动,促销,参观团等保持良好的合作关系。
6.Reports & Returns.报告与反馈:
- Provide Feedback to DOS on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result in general market idea.将对市场相关信息的变化,竞争对手的趋势和对市场的大致观点提供给销售总监作为回馈意见。
7.Customer Relation: Maintain good contact with existing customers.客户关系:与所有客户保持良好的合作关系。
8.Competitors’ Activities.竞争对手动向:
- Keep up with what competitors are doing in the marketplace, ensure our competitiveness at all time.保持对竞争对手市场动向得敏感度。
9.General Sales Agents旅行社:
- Maintain a strong working relation and make use of their expertise to maximize sales force and sales coverage in their responsible markets.与旅行社保持最紧密的工作关系并确保将销售工作深入到客户的相关市场。
岗位要求
1.Associate degree or above. 全日制大专(含)以上学历。
2.Minimum of 3 years Sales management experience. 至少3年的酒店销售经验。
3.Must have the ability to understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel. 必须有能力了解及影响酒店业的当地市场情况。
4.A strong understanding of overall hotel business. 有很强的星级酒店市场及生意拓展理念。
5.Ability to communicate at all levels. 优秀的与各个阶层的沟通能力。
6.Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times. 始终保持良好和专业的形象。
7.Ability to train and develop new team members. 有能力培养和发展团队新成员。
