岗位职责:
1.接听来电并作出初步回复。
Handles all incoming telephone calls and provides initial suggestions on sales enquiries.
2.确保文件的有效保管和跟进。
To maintain an effective filling and tracing system for the department.
3. 协助销售经理准备好相关报价书等文件。
To prepare events quotations, confirmation and group profile on behalf of Events Sales Manager.
4.在需要的情况下带客人参观宴会场地。
Conducts site inspections if required.
5.与其他部门进行有效沟通确保双向交流畅通无阻。
Interacts with departments and hotel staff in a professional and efficient two-way communication.
6.根据宴会销售经理需求协助相关活动。
Coordinates and arrange activities accorded by Event Sales Manager
岗位要求:
1.大专及以上学历,有酒店工作经验者优先。
College degree or above, hotel work experience is preferred.
2.具备良好的沟通表达能力、责任心强、亲和力佳。
Have good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and good affinity.
3.熟练使用办公软件
Proficient in the use of office software
