1.Conducts routineproperty inspections as directed to determine maintenance requirements orupgrades and improvements to the property and its assets.

2.Responsible forensuring that all rules and regulations regarding safe working practices arecomplied with.

3.Handles specificjob requests as directed in an efficient and timely manner.

4.Participates inpreventative maintenance procedures as directed.

5.Assigns specifictasks and job requests to subordinate associates and supervises their day to dayactivity.

6.Co-ordinates withDepartment Heads regarding specific maintenance activities.
和部门领导协调关于具体的维修事宜。
7.Report unusual orspecial incidents to duty engineer, chief engineer for action and follow up.
向值班工程师、总工程师汇报异常的或特别的事件, 以便其行动和跟进。
8.Assists in themaintenance of efficient administration preparing and submitting reports ontime as directed.
协助有效的维修管理, 准时准备并递交报告。
9.Checks andmaintains the electronic systems to ensure they are functioning properly.

10.Ensures that theplant room, work shop and related areas, and tools and equipment are kept in aclean and tidy manner.

11.Liaise withchief engineer to order specific spare parts or equipment essentials to carryout effective maintenance.

岗位要求
1.Min 2 years’ experiencein hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably withinternational hotel chain.
至少2年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
2.Holder ofengineering related certificate.
持有工程相关的证书(如高低压电工证/特种设备操作等)。
3.Sound judgment,and strong decision-making, problem-solving and follow up skills.
合理的判断力,决策力,问题的解决和跟进技巧。
4.Excellent guestservice skills Ability to respond to and handle difficult or stressfulsituations with tact and diplomacy.
出色的对客服务技能机智灵活处理工作中遇到的难题和压力。
