1.To execute all mise-en-place duties and
responsibilities as directed, on time, according to the predetermined standards
按照指示及标准完成所有的准备工作
2.To engage in beverage preparation and
service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence
按照标准和程序做好酒水的准备工作和服务
3.To have thorough knowledge of the drinks
list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
对酒水单和葡萄酒单要非常的熟悉，并且能够对客人的要求做出反应
4.To ensure that guests expectations are
met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service
以有效友好及细致的服务达到客人的预期要求或者是超出客人的期望
5.Liases with stewarding and housekeeping
in operational matters to ensure the operation runs smoothly
如果在运作中出现问题与管事部和客房部联络，确保运作的顺畅
6.Maximizes revenue in the outlet by
implementing up selling procedures
在各个厅面进行酒水的促销以达到利润最大化
7.Maintains beverage par stocks and places
orders accordingly
根据客人的点单率维持酒吧的库存
8.Helps maintain the outlet in top physical
condition by reporting any engineering or housekeeping defects to supervisors
向主管报告任何工程部或客房部的不足，帮助厅面维持最佳状态
9.Helps maintain standards of cleanliness
by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed
按照指示完成前后台的卫生工作，帮助维持卫生标准
10.Handles customer complaints if possible,
or reports them to supervisors.
尽可能处理客人的投诉，或向主管报告
岗位要求
1. More than 1 years working experience in
the same position.
1年以上同岗位工作经验。
2. familiar with the hotel's customer
service requirements.
熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求。
3. professional and responsible, civilized
behavior.
有事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。
4.Good interpersonal, communication
and organizational skills.
