3.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
4.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception

5.Provide good service, knowledge of facilities etc

7.In absence of Manager conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

9.Supervises the receiving and storage of kitchen goods

13.Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for team

14.Making sure the cleanness level is compliant with the brand standard guidelines

15.Ensure utility staff is properly trained regarding sanitation, equipment handling and chemical usage

16.Supervises dish room shift operations and ensures compliance with all food and beverage policies, standard and procedures

17.Manages all equipment, china, glass and silver and ensures adequate clean supplies of each
管理所有设备,瓷器,玻璃器皿,镀银器皿并确保有其负责清洁的供应商
18.Knows and enforces proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc
熟知并对所有服务器皿,设备,地板等清洁程序严格正确执行
19.Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum departmental costs
监督管事部的各项职责,使部门成本控制到最低
20.Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships

Fluent in verbal Mandarin

Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards

Knowledge of Basic sanitation controls and purpose and use of cleaning supplies
具备基本卫生设备控制和使用清洁设备
Understanding of use and maintenance of kitchen dish room equipment
理解如何使用厨房,盘碟设备
Experience in warehouse management
有仓库管理经验
2 years of experience in the same position of similar field
2年的相关工作经验
Ability to use standard software applications and hotel system
能够使用标准应用软件和酒店操作系统
