空调主管 Supervisor

岗位职责:
To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and policies and procedures, especially in relation to fire and life safety.
按照既定的政策和法规、工作程序与标准、消防规范执行上级安排的工作
To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by supervisor and manufacturer's recommendations.
按照主管的要求和设备的说明书对空调机组进行预防性的维修和保养
To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure.
在紧急情况下执行应急程序。
To familiar with the HVAC system, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.
熟悉整个中央空调系统的操作和设备特性，在操作过程中严格按照规程序执行。
To attend on the job training.
积极参加岗位培训。
To practice GSS during course of duty
在工作中按照对客服务满意标准的要求服务客人。
To attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.
满足客人的需要，及时有效地解决客人的投诉，避免为客人造成不便和不适。
To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement.
在能源节约和设备改良方面进行探索和实践，积极向工程师提出合理化建议。
To perform all other duties as may be assigned by Director of ENG, Asst. Director of ENG.
执行由 总监，副总监、工程师下达的其它任务。
To assist the other trades where is requested.
如有需要积极协助工程部其他小组的工作。
To inspect all HVAC systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To feedback and make recommendations to engineer for needs of system and plants modification, upgrading, methods of operation or repairs, etc that could improve efficiency and productivity.
对中央空调系统进行检查并按照设备检查单上的要求仔细记录。更正错误，及时向工程师报告所发现的问题、异常现象和不安全隐患。为提高工作效率和促进生产力，应不断向工程师进行信息反馈，在设备改良、技术升级和操作方式方法更新方面向工程师提出合理化建议。
To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.
工具和设备管理有序，保持工作环境的整洁。
To perform shift and overtime duties when necessary.
开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作。
To perform daily water treatment in accordance with water treatment specialist recommendation.
每日按照水处理规程的要求执行水处理工作。

Technical vocational institute training in HVAC and refrigeration.
在职业技术学校毕业受过中央空调和冷冻系统方面的培训。
Good knowledge and hand on skills of HVAC system operation, repair and maintenance.
熟悉中央空调系统，掌握中央空调的操作规程和维修保养程序。
Knowledge and skill of repair and maintenance of refrigeration system, cold room, etc.
精通冷冻系统和冷藏室的维修和保养工作。
Knowledge of absorption chiller operation and maintenance.
熟练操作吸收式冷水机组并懂得如何进行维修保养。
Min.3 years working experience in HVAC system preferably with hotel.
至少3年中央空调系统的工作经验，有在酒店工作经验者优先。
Basis Mechanical & Electrical knowledge.
掌握初级机械和电力方面的知识。
Skill of electrical & gas welding will be advantage.
有水电焊技能者优先。
Skill of pipe work installation
有管道安装技术
Good knowledge and hand on skills of HVAC system operation, repair and maintenance.
熟悉中央空调系统，掌握中央空调的操作规程和维修保养程序。
Knowledge and skill of repair and maintenance of refrigeration system, cold room, etc.
精通冷冻系统和冷藏室的维修和保养工作。
