洗衣房主管 Laundry Supervisor

【岗位职责】
熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的布巾。
确保正确使用设备和化学剂。
立即向洗衣房经理和主管汇报有关设备故障的问题。
细心处理客人衣物，尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣等。
在有要求时收集客人衣物，确保准确记录客人房号。洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等，对自己不熟悉的衣料不能擅自处理。
核算客人洗衣的成本，并确保准确及时的寄出。
向客人提供优质服务。
确保客人需求和合理要求被满足。
不断地寻找机会发展对客服务。
采取适当的行动解决客人的投诉。
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
坚持酒店的清洁和养护。
保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。

能够开关湿洗机器
将容易变形的衣物放入到洗衣网中
需要的情况下可以人工去除污渍
调整机器烘干衣物
清洁机器
完成经理交给的额外任务
[Job Responsibilities]
Be familiar with and able to properly handle various types of linens.
Ensure the correct use of equipment and chemicals.
Immediately report any equipment malfunctions to the laundry manager and supervisor.
Handle guests’ clothing with care to minimize damage, shrinkage, lost buttons, and other issues.
Collect guests’ clothing upon request and ensure accurate recording of guest room numbers. Inspect all items before and after laundering and document any damage, fading, etc.; do not process fabrics you are unfamiliar with without authorization.
Calculate the cost of guests’ laundry and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Provide high-quality service to guests.
Ensure that guests’ needs and reasonable requests are met.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve guest service.
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
Adhere to the hotel’s safety policies, emergency response regulations, and procedures.
Maintain the hotel’s cleanliness and upkeep.
Keep your work area exceptionally clean and tidy.
Identify the types of guest clothing
Be able to start and stop the wet cleaning machines.
Place garments prone to deformation into laundry bags.
Manually remove stains when necessary.
Adjust the machine settings for drying garments.
Clean the machines.
Complete additional tasks assigned by the manager.

高中学历。
有相关的洗衣房工作经验。

High school diploma.
Relevant work experience in a laundry room.
