泳池吧领班Pool Bar Captain

JOB RESPONSIBILIES【岗位职责】
1.Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist them in seating, ensuring Terra’s standard of service.
问候前来用餐的客人并将他们带到座位上，确保服务的质量
2. Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the hostess stand, cashier area, cloak area and the dining room at all times.
协助其他服务员为客人服务并随时 注意保持咨客台，收银台以及其他工作区的卫生。
3.Consult on daily basis with the Restaurant Sales department.
了解餐厅的营业情况
4.Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check the previously ordered items (cake, flowers, etc) and inform the restaurant kitchen and service staff of all pre booked menu and special menu requests of the guests.
协助服务员完成客人的各种要求，检查预定物品如蛋糕，鲜花等，通知厨房和餐厅所有员工每天的预定情况以及特殊定餐。
JOB SPECIFICATION【岗位要求】
1. College degree, or graduates from related institutions.
大专学历，或相关院校毕业生。
2. Familiar with swimming pool service knowledge, master swimming and life-saving first aid technology, know swimming hygiene and disinfection knowledge, and obtain life-saving certificate with white card or above.
熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识，取得白卡以上救生证书。
3.Able to work independently according to the quality standard of service work specification.
能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。
4.Have the ability of first aid in water and manual rescue on land.
有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。
