Performs routine duties in ensuring all hotel linen and uniforms meet Marriott brand standards.
2、确保按照酒店设定的标准和程序储存、发放及保养酒店的布草/制服
Ensures the storage, issuing and maintenance of house linen/ uniforms are being done according to the standards and procedure set by the Hotel.
3、 确保对所有布草和制服进行收取、分拣、点数及记录。
Ensures all linen and uniforms are being collected, segregated, counted, recorded accordingly.
4、对脏毛巾/桌布和制服进行修补或洗涤,并将这些物品放入相应的容器。
Ensures soiled towels/ cloths and uniforms are being repaired or laundered, and kept in 5、为这些物品打上相应的辨认号。
Stamps items with identifying marks.
Mends torn articles and makes new articles in emergency situations.
6、 报告丢失、损害的布草、制服或任何酒店财物。
Reports missing and damaged linen or any other hotel property.
7、根据酒店的“失物招领”政策报告及上交遗失物品。
Conducts inventories to identify items for replacement.
8、确保布草房状态的洁净有序。
Reports and turns in all Lost & Found items as per Hotel “Lost and Found” policy.
9、清洁并保养好用品、设备和仓库。
管理和控制好客房地布草和制服,每月进行盘点,并将盘点差异报告给洗衣房经理。
Manage and maintain hotel linen and uniform, control the missing and damage, conduct monthly inventory and report any discrepancy to laundry Manager.
