【岗位职责】
1. Attend job fair, campus recruitment and traineerecruitment for talent acquisition.
参加招聘会、校园招聘会以及实习生招募,完成人才招聘。
2. Investigate and review all disciplinaryactions to ensure the policies and the applicable laws are followed.
对员工违纪行为进行调查,以保证酒店政策和相关法律的执行。
3. Assist department to complete HR audit.
协助部门完成人力资源部审计。
4. To check and managementassociate personal file. Supervise the work performance of subordinates.
完成员工档案管理的检查,监督下属员工。
5.To analyze Hotel manpower requirements and recommend selection and development activities to meet those requirements.
分析酒店人力需求,并推荐、选拔和开展相关活动。
6. To complete HR related report.
完成人力资源相关报告
【岗位要求】
1. 1 year or above Personnel Manager/Recruitment Manage experience in same level international hotel.
1年或以上同等国际品牌酒店人事经理/招聘经理经验。
2. Thorough understanding of personnel and recruitment functions.
了解人事及招聘工作内容。
3.Good knowledge and understanding of labor law and other related laws.
熟悉劳动法及劳动雇佣其他相关法律。
